Great service & staff
Everything about the hotel was excellent, with two exceptions. The same duo three times a week? Boring. Forgetting a booked alarm call for 5,30.am on the day of departure, had we not had our own alar clock,as back up, we would have missed our Resort Hopper, and probably flight. Excuse at reception, phone line to our room not working!!!

Perfect stay + perfect location
We spent last Christmas in Benidorm and everything was perfect there. The hotel was in the centre was into a quiet area. So we decided when we wanted to rest or not.
Clean rooms and friendly staff. We are coming again in 2008!

Excellent all round service
Located just a short walk from the centre of the old town, the princesa is an excellent 4 star hotel. The food was very good and the staff very helpful. We had to cut short our independantly booked holiday because of a crisis in England and the staff rang the airport to change flights and arranged transport. An excellent hotel with staff to match.
