Great rooms, bad food
I booked this hotel as a last minute deal for a 2 week holiday in the sun. On arrival at the hotel, our room was not ready. I was asked to go away and return in one hour, which I did to be met by a receptionist who told me to sit and wait. So a further 30 mins went past, when I asked yet again was the room ready and a staff memeber looked at the keys and passed them to me. The room was pleasent and had air con and was very pleasant, the food was really bad, cold and oily, most nights fish!!!!!

Great Service & Staff - Poor food
This would have been a good hotel due to its location, cleanliness and friendly staff. However the food was well below standard. No real vegetables and the same most nights. It was not very appetizing, appearing to be leftovers warmed up. Breakfast was passable. People from adjoining similar hotels reported good food with carveries and fresh vegetables. Many who had stayed there as recently as November reported a dramatic decline in food standards. Rooms overlooking the roads need double glazing due to the noise throughout the night making it difficult to sleep.

I had a fantastic time there.
Great hotel for the money spent, had stayed at the hotel 2 years ago and still the same standard as before, staff were great from the reception,bar and pool bar staff to the cleaners. Pool is brill,great size and spotlessly clean, this goes the same for the rooms as maids were in every day and left them spotless with clean towels every day aswell. Air con in rooms were brill as july was very warm as reaching to well above 40 some days. When I went to my room to cool down the room was freezing due to the air con, BRILLIENT!!!! IN THAT HEAT!Nice large dining room with meals to suit anyones tastebuds. Great location for the beach and nightlife aswell. Anyone thinking of going to Benidorm I would definately recommend the Presidente Hotel.

Absolutely Fantastic
I have just returned from a Stag Weekend in Benidorm where half of us stayed at the Hotel Presidente. I cannot commend the hotel enough, right from the welcome from the Reception staff on the first day, to the Bar Staff, Pool Staff and even the Cleaners. The reception area is large and clean as is the fantastic pool area and although the rooms are typically a little small and basic, they were immaculately clean. Another great stay in Bendidorm and I'm glad to stay a pleasure to stay in the Presidente !!
