A great place to stay
My partner and I stayed for 7 nights on an all-inclusive basis, which was GREAT value for money. The accomodation was very clean, food was always fresh and tasty with a great variety to chose from, staff were all very friendly. Hotel is situated a little way from the main area of Benidorm, but an easy walk. Construction currently going on opposite the hotel but this didn't cause us any problems. A great, value for money hotel.

Poor for all-inclusive
Didn’t rate this hotel for an all-inclusive one. No snacks at night and only hard sandwiches in afternoon, Staff very miserable. Food only just warm and not much choice at all
Fantastic hotel, extremely clean and well maintained. Staff at times a little bit abrupt, but on the whole pleasant. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the All Inclusive food basis, it was very much like a Full board hotel. Breakfast, lunch and Dinner was provided, although it was a lot of the same food. The food for all inclusive during the day was either little Hot Dogs or hard sandwiches from the fridge. The entertainment that was provided whilst in the hotel was very poor, day times it was bowls and shooting every day, and the evening was the same pianist each night of the week. Overall a lovely hotel, although I wouldn't return to that particular one in the future.
