Fabulous hotel

The hotel was perfect for a family. The food was brill, very cold pool. The staff was very welcoming, will go again. Good for the money, not far from the beach and all of the bars.

Don't be put off by "a Spanish Hotel"the food is very good for all tastes. The staff helpful and friendly. The Hotel is relatively quiet despite it's position in the Levante area close to the sea
and bars.

We stayed for a week, my partner, me and our son. Very clean hotel. Reception staff very kind and helpful, waiting staff very rude. The hotel was very busy with spanish and also the older generation. Not a hotel I would recommend for a young couple. The hotel entertainment was very poor a lot of the tome it was the older generation ball room dancing. Food was either fantastic or not very good, it was a hit or a miss. Would go back again with the little one because it is a quiet hotel, a bit noisy outside at night. Location is perfect right near beach and bars.

One of the best for friendly and helpful staff - good food entertainment near the beach. Also a gym plus an outdoor swimming pool, safe for children.

My husband and I have stayed at the Hotel Marina for the last few - somtimes twice a year. We have always enjoyed this hotel. The staff are very friendly. It's very clean the rooms are very nice and are cleaned everyday. There is plenty of choice in the resturant. The outside bar and the pool area is really nice. We will definately be going back.

It was not as good as I had been told and yes the food was not the best, breakfast were ok and the selection of friut was ok, dinner was a little worse, though, bland and sometimes not warm at all. My wife thought is was ok. The entertainment was all in Spanish but the place seemed like a Spanish hotel nice and quiet relaxed and very nice inside cool reception. I would not go back with kids because there is nothing for them to do but if you want somewhere quiet and friendly this is not a bad choice.

The hotel was very clean and the cleaning service was fantastic ! The entertainment was very boring and for the older age group. the food was terrible, no choice what so ever ! I ate in the resturant very few times during the holiday. It is in a very central location and is close to basically everything. I would not go back because of the food and the lift serice which was unreliable which is unless when your on the 12th floor !

I used to live near Benidorm and spotted this hotel whilst there, I thought it looked good in the reception and the outside so decided to book at the Marina. I was going for 2 weeks with my friend both of us young and looking for a fun holiday. As I knew the hotel was near some clubs I knew to expect the noise. The food was nasty nothing seemed cooked right and it was very bland also nearly the same everytime, so we ate out nearly every night and only had breakfast there 2 or 3 times. The room was not cleaned properly and the soap was replanced on Wednesday of our second week. The reception staff were very unhappy looking but one lady working at the bar was very nice and friendly. The whole place needed to be re-furnished and decorated as it was very old and worn looking. The bed spreads that were on the beds were very old as well, I wouldn't put them on my bed at home. The lifts took a very long time to reach you and one of them was very dangerous looking as you either had to step up into it or step down into at certain times. The entertainment was boring and all in Spanish it was also the same bad singer every night the two of them could not sing at all. It was full of Spanish families and old people whom have no awarness of space, they just drag their pool bed right up next to yours even though there is loads of space. All in all this is not a 4 star hotel as i have stayed in plenty of 4 and 5 star hotels this is a 2 or 3. I would not recommend it and I would never go to that hotel again.

The breakfast was poor to say the least, I stuck with the ceriel to be safe. Dinner was of very limited choice and just lettuce for the vegi's. The pool area was filthy as were the tiles above the water-line ...greasy...should carry a health warning.
