From the building to the food with the staff in between, this was the worst holiday I have ever had and I holiday about 6 times a year. Dirty, unfriendly, smelly, rotten food, and small rooms never again.

This hotel is completely bonkers, but very entertaining and we have never stayed anywhere like it! It is in the best spot in Benidorm and has beautiful sea views. The decor is completely barmy but sort of endearing. It is very clean and everything in our room worked perfectly. The shower was excellent. The food is generally OK and there is plenty of it. For the money, you won't get better value, but don't expect conventional.
