Stayed at Benidorm Plaza for New Year, that night was lovely, rest was ok. Rooms a bit dull and could do with a makeover, as for being 4star maybe when it first opened. Head waiter on restaurant door was a bit miserable, as for being 4 stars, maybe when it first opened.

Just got back from staying at the Benidorm Plaza and will certainly go back, staff very friendly, best we have ever had, very good food, very clean rooms and public places etc in fact the only thing we were disappointed in was the sunbathing area where we lost the sun about 3.30pm but then again it was winter. Great holiday, thank you.
