Hotel was small in size, but not in service. The staff in the resteraunt were very smart in dress and service was excellent. The food was not what we would have selected, but it made us try things we never would. If you like fish, you are in for a treat as most nights there were two fish options on the menu. One thing that stood out from all other hotels was the food was very hot when you were served as just prepared when you odered it. The rooms were just the same as other 4 star hotels in Benidorm, but you did get your complimentary shampoo and bath gel replenished everyday if needed. Pool small, but who needs it in winte. Anyway, all in all would return but would like some english channels on t.v or film channel you could watch.
