HOTEL IS A NO GO !!!!!!!
I stayed for 7 nights and thought it was horrible, Food horrible,same horrible stuff everyday. I lived on toast in morning, and chips in evening and even that was horrible. Staff just stare at you while you eat. Cant speak English. No sun on pool. Room door didnt lock. Lifts are very tiny. No entertainment. I'd say that it's just a place to sleep really but a bad one at that. It was my first time in Benidorm and Ii dont think I'd ever go back. This place is a put off. ERRR !!!

Very poor hotel
Staff allways willing to help, but this hotel is 100% Spanish. If you're looking for just B&B, this hotel is for you as it has nothing for kids and nothing during the day or night unless they have Spanish within the hotel, then you get Music during the day and a band at night all in Spanish. Meals are all Spanish. If you have kids, get ready to feed them chips and cheese for the whole of your holiday. Sorry if you have booked, but I would not rate this hotel.
