Worst place ever
Dirty, dismal, smells. NOT recommended for the British tourist. Things did not look good when the transfer coach driver dropped us off and did not know where the hotel was and left us to find it, after walking around the back streets of the old town of Benidorm, we found it down a back street only to find it locked and luckily for us a couple of welsh ladies coming out of the building, their reaction of the hotel was of disgust and informed us to go to the Jamaica hotel around the corner for the keys to the hotel and room. On entering the hotel primo we were met by the smell of a damp cellar disused reception area and padlocked doors, we made our way up to our room, the smell got worse, the sight when we opened the door was of utter disgust, the walls painted dark mustard, dust hanging from the ceiling fan, the balcony doors would not lock, the taps in the bathroom not connected properly, bedding felt damp, curtains stank of god knows what(we cant describe. no way is it 150 metres to...Read more
