Stayed for 2 weeks at the beginning of December - our second time in this hotel. The rooms are well proportioned and very clean,and the staff are pleasant and courteous. The hotel is well situated on the edge of the old town and a short walk to Playa Levante. The food had improved from last year with a cook manning the grill to cook fresh meat. The hotel caters for British and Spanish and many of the guests return year after year and have got to know each other. If you want to mix with the locals then I would recommend the Hotel Victoria. If you want "Little Britain" the better to look elsewhere.

We stayed at this hotel last year for new year. What a fantastic hotel, the gala dinner was fabulous. The hotel staff were very pleasant, however, be prepared to wait for the lifts. The hotel entertainment was geared towards the spanish but hey we were in Spain but the hotel is close enough to stroll into old benidorm or new benidorm. I would definately recommend this hotel and we will be returning this New Year.
