Top Local Tips for Benalmadena Costa

Restaurants Most of the pricy restaurants in Malaga are overrated. You're better off asking a Spaniard what a good place to eat at is. Hotel staff can come in handy sometimes, but they can misjudge your finances. Just because you're staying at a four star hotel and spending a bunch on the room doesn't necessarily mean you want to do the same at restaurants. The best restaurants I ate at were cheap ones! Beware of tourist trap restaurants. If the food isn't good, send it back and be firm! They mightl try to confuse you by surrounding you with a bunch of employees speaking to you in Spanish, but maintain your position! Finally, when you order wine, check to see if the wine glasses are clean. If they aren't, leave right then and go somewhere else. Don't even ask for new glasses!

great weekend break nice walk up to castle great views of the city malaga tour on bus hop on and off good value our hotel petit place had free internet in lobby and laptop in rooms which was great , picasso museum , el trillo resturant, shopping el corte ingles calle marques de larios
