Very uncooperative and rude staff, price were extraordinary as compared to hotel conditions. No room service,cafe closed after evening. No coffee,tea facilities inside the room. Room's general condition very poor.

I've been in lot's of hotels, but never got this kind of this personal treatment!! All the hotel staff were very kind and pleasant :) great hotel ...

We booked this hotel for 3 nights at this website. We don't have high pretentions, so we searched for a good and not expensive hotel in the city of barcelona. The room are ok and very clean. But the reception.... I think not much people book this hotel in the internet. They wanted a voucher from us, but we had the email confirmation only. After a long discussion they accepted it. The breakfast we didn't try it, because it was to expensive for us. Because of the bad reception, I can only give 5 points instead of 7. Maybe it was the wrong person at the desk...
