We had a fantastic time, it was our honeymoon but we also took our nine year old daughter. The food was excellent, rooms clean and well presented. Both pools were well looked after. Great location, great staff. Booking to go back asap!

No value and service for money
Rooms: Small standard rooms,
-very noisy walls and door not very tight
- quite dirty not cleaned very well either,
- cleaning maids disturb while still sleeping > no possibility to signal that room is still occupied due to lack of door knop sign (which is unbeliveable even for a 3 star hotel)
- no key card they still have the 20 year old keys with big room number plate to carry around in you pocket very unhandy.
Service:
- waiter in restaurant and bars not friendly and slow (talking most of the time with their colleagues in stead of serving the customers)
- reception: not helpful at all even though we booked a double not a twin we got a twin with two beds. > we couldnt get a double bed even after asking 3 different receptionist at different times.
- you always have to carry money no possibility to charge the room pay as you drink in cash
food:

Highly recommended, staff superb, location perfect food 10/10 champers for breakfast tiddly-pip. Only fault beach pebbly not hotels fault. Otherwise rating would be 10

Absolutely Sheer Excellence.
My husband and I could not believe our eyes when we arrived at the hotel. The whole place was so clean and bright the staff were superb very friendly and always willing to help. Our room was lovely the meals were very varied and catered for everyone roll on our next visit. It’s far by the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We recommend staying there to anyone young or old.

Great hotel!
I think this has to have been my favourite holiday yet. The staff were very friendly, the shows at night were very entertaining and also the audience could join in. The kids clubs were fun and the themed nights in the restaurant (eg: italian night) were an excellent idea. The rooms were always cleaned properly, too. It has a very relaxed atmosphere. We have been twice before and have enjoyed it very much. I would like to go back to the hotel so much! See you soon! ;)
