Amazing hotel

This hotel has to be by far the best in Spain. Friendly staff, delicious food, fabulous entertainment:D There were things to do for everyone. The whole room was spacious, you felt safe, the staff were friendly, the food was great!!!!!!! I really enjoyed my stay and I was very sad to leave. If you are an explorer, there were lots of things to do out and about there were theme parks, fair rides, water parks and loads more for the whole family, any ages:DDDD I hope to go back soon. I recomend this hotel to everybody of all ages:)!!!!!

This is the best ever hotel

This was the best hotel I've ever been to. I think, in fact I know that for what you get it's really cheap. I don't usually bother with sites for hotels but this is too amazing to not comment on. The food is soo nice you'll feel really comfortable when you are there. It is my best hotel I would go again and again if I had the money I would recommend that you choose this one. The staff are really kind. And the pools are sooooo refreshing and relaxing. The rooms are also brilliant their cleaned loads. And I also would like to say, you feel very safe. THANK YOU.

The entertainment was good. The hotel was really clean and the food was good the staff were fantastic especially Maike and Kelli and all the Thomson reps. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. I am hoping to go next year

The entertainment was great especially Maike, Ana when she was there and Kelly and Peter. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. This was my 4th yr here so it must be good.

Just returned from the best holiday me and my family have ever had. The hotel was really clean and the food was good the staff were fantastic especially Maike, Ana and Kelly and all the Thomson reps. We were all really sad to leave and hope to return one day.

We always go somewhere different every year. We love Spain and the Taurus park is the first time we have all wanted to return to the same hotel in nearly 25 years! We can't wait for 2007 and booked as soon as we arrived home. None of us could fault the hotel, its facilities or staff in any way.

We had a fantastic time, it was our honeymoon but we also took our nine year old daughter. The food was excellent, rooms clean and well presented. Both pools were well looked after. Great location, great staff. Booking to go back asap!

No value and service for money

Rooms: Small standard rooms, -very noisy walls and door not very tight - quite dirty not cleaned very well either, - cleaning maids disturb while still sleeping > no possibility to signal that room is still occupied due to lack of door knop sign (which is unbeliveable even for a 3 star hotel) - no key card they still have the 20 year old keys with big room number plate to carry around in you pocket very unhandy. Service: - waiter in restaurant and bars not friendly and slow (talking most of the time with their colleagues in stead of serving the customers) - reception: not helpful at all even though we booked a double not a twin we got a twin with two beds. > we couldnt get a double bed even after asking 3 different receptionist at different times. - you always have to carry money no possibility to charge the room pay as you drink in cash food: - food is not good at all, first no spanish dishes > all international dishes, coffee is lousy so are the juices. Basically every morning and evening the same food and slow waiters. Its a huge Hotel with holds over 600 guests its like canteen food. customers: A lot of families with children, good mix between spanish, english, dutch and german guests. Beach access: beach can be reached by walking over a street and using an underpass since there are train tracks in front of the hotel. trains going every 30 minutes quite noisy. You have to go to blanes or tossa or further upcoast to have a beachaccess without train tracks. in total the hotel and service is not worth the price I can only give it 4 out of 10 stars> better go for the sorabona or the pineda palace also at the waterfront.

Highly recommended, staff superb, location perfect food 10/10 champers for breakfast tiddly-pip. Only fault beach pebbly not hotels fault. Otherwise rating would be 10

Absolutely Sheer Excellence.

My husband and I could not believe our eyes when we arrived at the hotel. The whole place was so clean and bright the staff were superb very friendly and always willing to help. Our room was lovely the meals were very varied and catered for everyone roll on our next visit. ItÂ’s far by the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We recommend staying there to anyone young or old.
