Do not stay in this hotel! There is no way this hotel deserves four stars. I had no water in the shower - two days in a row! The staff would not help me (reception staff hardly speaks English) or allow me to change rooms. I had to shower in a colleague's room the first day and did not shower the second day. Some rooms (mine!) are ridiculously small - I didn't even have any room to put my suitcase down. In addition I couldn't control the heat in my room: I slept with an open window and ranging heater. I was in Barcelone for a conference and would expect a four star hotel to have internet wifi and a desk in each room, but no. Furthermore, it was noisy. When I complained at check-out, I was completely ignored. So: - no water to shower - tiny rooms - no climat control - noise - unfriendly & incapable staff.

Stolen passport from room

I stayed 4 nights the hotel seemed ok. Only I left my passport in the room and upon leaving realised it had been stolen. The hotel was not interested even though it could only have gone if someone had a room key. I had no guests and never left the room open neither did I ever take the passport out the room! I was stunned by the hotels indifference.
