Great service and friendly staff
We travelled with a coach firm and we had the most fantastic stay at the Florida Park. The rooms were spotless,with clean towels everday. The food is out of this world. They cater for everybody and the staff are very attentive. The barmen are very friendly and witty,the reception staff go out of their way to accomodate all different language barriers and problems that arise. The amenities are second to none. The only problem my husband encountered was the lifts, they are on the outside of the hotel with views over the seafront and he has vertigo. Would recommend to families and couples who want a fantastic hotel, with easy links into Barcelona and surrounding areas by train and bus.
we stayed at the Florida park in Santa Susanna - everything was ok, apart from the restaurant - the restaurant manager was extremely rude to my 11 year old daughter who was taking a banana out of the restaurant (he kept on and on about how the rules are 'no food out of restaurant' etc). The waitresses also kept whipping our plates off the table just as we were finishing - indicating they wanted you to leave quickly! Also, the receptionists gave us inaccurate info on more than two occasions about times of buses/excursions which meant we did not plan our time very well at all
