Great position & amenities
This hotel is in an excellent position. We had an "apartment" which included a small kitchen and so were able to purchase food from the nearby market and supermarket. Close to all public transport. Rooms are not fancy but adequate and plenty of room for 2 people witch everything needed supplied. Staff also cheerful and helpful. Laundry on site.

Excellent apartments
We have recently stayed at the Citadines and found it to be well worth the money. We had two ajoining apartments, which was excellent as the children had their own TV and CD player. The only downside was that the receptionist too a long time to check us in (half and hour). He didn't seem to have much idea about first come first served - but I think that is a Spanish thing. The only other sligh problem was that our loo would not flush, we did report this but it still wasn't fixed when we left. No real problem though as we just used the childrens loo. The hotel is situated right on Les Ramblas and is really close to the tube. The rooms were air conditioned and Les Ramblas wasn't too noisy. All in all well worth a visit.
