Excellent hotel. Bar staff great with my 3 kids, esp Tony in the casino bar. Lots of Spanish people holidaying here when we arrived but they were lovely. Rooms cleaned everyday, maids lovely as well, clean towels everyday. Entertainment on every night in casino room except Tue, day off. Food was good apart from last day, not much I liked and what I did made me ill, made my mark on Ryan air on flight home. Shops around area where mostly closed but some opened so they were all ok and usual tourist buys even though it was November. It was hot enough for us, my kids had a day at beach as it was 22, pool was cold. Train station up the road. We were only given this hotel a week b4 we were due to fly off, as the Hotel Mercury that we was suppose to go to was closing early, as not enough guests. I would go here again but wouldn’t go full board again, half board maybe.

We truely enjoyed our stay at the bella playa hotel. The staff were very energictic and cheerful especially the bar staff. The outdoor pool was wondeful even though it was ice cold. The food was a good standard but could be better with more choice of meat for the english. You could easily spend free time in the hotel in the games room ,pools, bar or tv room. Actitives and entertainment were on offer as we played an excellent game of water pool organised by the hotel. Even though the rooms were small they were very nice with a petite balcony wonderful for a relax. Overall we had a proper boss time as it was situated minutes away from small shops, clubs, and pebbley beach. The whole group loved our stay!!

As soon as we arrived [my husband, 2 adult sons and 1 adult daughtter and I] we were very impressed by the look of the hotel.
Reception was the least impressive aspect of the hotel, which is why I gave it a 9- the receptionists allowed people to push in if you didn't stand your ground. The female receptionists needed some persuading to sort out problems, but the male receptionists seemed more professional.
The rooms were quite small, (but we had booked on a last-minute deal independent company who found us a Thomas Cook hoilday) but well maintained. Shampoos etc ineffective. The food was wonderful- up to expensive-restaurant standard most meal times with cuisine feature nights - all meals buffet style and loads of choice. Sometimes there were long queues but you learnt how to time your particular slot.Several bars, all reasonably priced- bar tenders were v. generous with their shots, so my pub-serving daughter said. Entertainment on every night and was great fun. My adult kids......

I really enjoyed my time in the aquamarina hotel. I spent two weeks last year and wish it could last a life time. Food was great and varied each nite. Entertainment was grand and I am certainly going back next year.

Found all the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Very good selection of food in the restaurant. Entertainment each night in one of the bars.
Convenient to train station and the weekly market was just outside at the back of the hotel.
We had a late flight home and although we were unable to keep our room for the day (fully booked) we found the facilities for showering and changing to be the best we have ever had.
Well Done to all concerned!!
