Barcelona : all year round, good in August Barcelona has a medditerranean climate, so real mild all year round. Close to the sea, it tends to be humid, which makes the temperature seem hotter, and a bit more difficult to put up with in summer, more than actual degrees would have you think. You can check the weather in lots of places, for example: http://www.barcelona-on-line.es. So, one can visit Barcelona all year round, but, and though it may seem strange, it is NOT a bad idea to come in August, since the city is less busy, and prices of accomodation get lower (hotels don't have their business customers).
