High standards and friendly service
We were very satisfied with the hotel: high standards of cleanliness; attentive, friendly service; imaginatively furnished rooms. It was no problem to us, but someone might find it difficult that some rooms overlook a funeral parlor. An easy walk to a very pleasant beach at the far end of the local camp site. Annabel and Rob were more than ready to advise about travel, local amenities, and so on. We would like to thank them and all their staff for their kindness.

5 Star Service & Accomadation With 1 Star prices.
We found our stay at Hotel Arce was one of the most enjoyable for a very long time. The owners and the staff make you feel welcome as soon as you step foot through the door. The rooms in the hotel are very comfortable and are finished to a standard that you would normally find in a 5 star hotel,there is a warm friendly feel to the hotel which is in very short supply these days.
A definite return to Hotel Arce is planned and we would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. 10 out of 10 Don`t change a thing.

Excellent 1 star
This hotel is a really well run family hotel. The rooms while small are beautifully furnished, well equipped and very clean. Robert and Annabelle could not do enough to make our trip really enjoyable and having the hairdressers next door was a real bonus. We were a big group travelling to Baiona for the first time. Every request was handled with great efficiency and a smile. We will be back!

First class rooms, clean, functional, comfortable and extremely well priced.
All areas of the hotel were clean, fresh presentable and the staff take their cues from the very excellent proprietors, Annabelle and Rob. They can be proud. We would recommend the hotel as well incidentally the Baiona area-wonderful waterfront.

The rooms are excellent
For the price, the rooms are excellent, new and clean. There were problems with getting water to go beyond lukewarm, but I guess that will be fixed. Try to get a room over the hairdressers rather than over the cafe as you can clearly here chatting etc. from cafe and terrace until it closes.
