Disappointed
Have just read the review by Richard from UK. I'm sorry I didn't before I booked the holiday for my daughter and I last year. While I have no complaints about the hotel itself, I can't understand why Thomson profile this hotel as a destination for Brits. The whole set-up was geared more towards non-Brits. My daughter, then six, hated it; there was so few non-English speaking children, she was bored for the first week.

Rubbish
Wrong name on reservation, only two beds in room but four of us, room was dark and in need of refurbishment, cats inside hotel near dining room, tiles missing in pool, Germans aaaargh pushing in meal queues, running to the poolside to reserve sunloungers the list goes on. We booked this from Thomson platinum brochure at great expense, what a waste of money.......

I really like this hotel there was a variety of food for breakfast and tea. The rooms were always clean and tidy and you cant beat the service put on by all staff especially the animation team they were always around and happy to entertain during the day or at night.
