Stayed here with family and friends 2-16 Oct07 very disappointed with unfriendly staff in reception, dining room and entertainers were not child friendly. This hotel is more suited for the over 60's who would be out at the crack of dawn getting their sunbeds & if you didn't join them in setting your alarm clocks you wouldn't get a sunbed on our last day Pedro the pool attendant was instructed to remove all towels on beds that were not occupied as the H10 members were not happy people were reserving them this caused big problems & Pedro was very abusive to myself & I tried to explain I don't speak Spanish which made him worse !!! he was accusing me of putting towels on beds that had nothing to do with me Oh Happy Holidays not !! think this will backfire on the H10 members although if they speak to Pedro I'm sure he'll put out their towels for them like he did for his Spanish guests double standards or what!!
