I have stayed here several times and it has always been pleasant, the staff is friendly and the hotel small but it has a nice patio in the centre and a spiral staircase that allows access to the roof area with fantastic views over the valley below. The bathrooms are not large but are adequate. You can have 20 mins free access to the internet from their pc. For the cost of the rooms it is a bargain and has private car parking which is a godsend in Arcos!
