Although the location was excellent the rooms were very dated and the views we had was just a brick wall. I stopped in the Taurito princess ( Gran canaria) the previous Christmas and this was far better. This Hotel is never a 4 star hotel.

What a place to stay
Hi my wife and I stayed at the guayarmina princess in November 2005. This is a beautifull presented hotel. Situated a stones throw from the shops and beach. The hotel can be a little pricy for drinks, but Hey your on holiday so splash out. If splashing outs not your thing There are a miriad of bars and cafe's all along the promenade which take you to Las Americas and further if you like a good walk. The food in the hotel is as good as I would expect from a 4* establishment. I did not pay much attention as far as kids entertanment goes, but this did take place nightly run by the hotels entertainment team. There is also live shows which were very good, these finish aroung 11pm so plenty of time for drinks down on the beach promenade.
