Spa Resort in the North of Moscow is wheelchair accessible we `ve been at the Svetlana Hotel in the North of Moscow. It provides a Thermal indoor swimming pool filled up with mineral water, coming out of the very deep.There are also Cures and Therapies available for sick or diseased people. Rates are 44000 Rubel one overnight, breakfast included. Sightseeings around Moscow , e.g. to the Red Square and Kremlin, are only possible in wheelchair adapted private cars or vans. the public transportation facilities are very beautiful but not wheelchair accessible. Many people in Moscow, mostly the young generation, speak or understand english. Reading russian letters is difficult to understand because they use cyrrillic letters.

Moscow Travel Domodedova Airport is a long way from the centre and the traffic can be horrendous so be preprared for a long slow journey. The train is faster but unless you know the Metro a transfer may be a better bet the first time. The River Port is also a long way out - on the other side of the centre from Domododeva Airport so it adds even more time! Once you're settled, the Metro is a good experience if you don't mind crowds. And of course the Circle Line stations and a few others are absolute treats artisitcally. Be wary of the stations where two lines cross - it can be confusing - you expect one line but find yourself apparently in anoeehr - just keep going and you should find the other.
