Pricing is resonable, however..conditions are not the greatest. Rooms seem clean but dated with two twin beds. Bathrooms are newer. The floor has some tile that needs to be replaced. They don't give towels or toilet paper so make sure to bring your own. balcony is pretty big, nice view of the sea. Hallways seem kinda dirty, carpet is super old. Need large shower curtains, mine was covering about 1/2 the shower. If you plan on spending time on the beach all day, this hotel is fine. If you want some time in the room, look for a 4 star hotel (like Carmen or Afrodita). There are no TV's in the room, no cleaning service so you may be better off paying a little more.
