Nightlife is awsome in Mamaia In weekends come international DJ's in Kristal Club and La Mania or Gossip. Also on the beach bars Kudos and Kristal in the day time. The staff and people from those clubs are very friendly. After weekends you can find alot of other restaurants/bars/clubs open in the night. Btw is a safe destiion and is worth the money. To bad the nightlife is a bit expensive but is okay.
