Rooms were not elegant but clean and comfortable for sure. Hotel sets high on cliff with view of town looking one way and view of Corvo Is the other way. Rogerio,manager, speaks French and Portuguese. I was able to say a few words of English like TAXI-ENGLISH and he called Silvio Medina right away and Silvio appeared in minutes. I do not know what the rates were as I was on a tour and was not out of pocket for anything other than taxi fare. I plan to return but stay longer the next time.
