Have visited this hotel twice, first in 2003 and again in 2004. Both visits have been wonderful, the staff are exceptional, very friendly, efficient and helpful. The food is very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the facitlities such the bar and lounges delightful as is the garden. The pools are very clean and staff alway seem to be busy keeping things just so but without being intrusive. Only one complaint the Viceroy restaurant just too formal and Stuffy, much prefer the terrace resturant , the staff there are much more fun. Will definatley be going back.
