The Great American Disaster restaurant attached to the hotel lived up to its name, the portion sizes are very,very small and the service was bad. Hotel was dowdy and we got the impression we were not welcome, in the 4 days we stayed there we never saw a member of staff smile, we had to guess where the breakfast room was and what time it was served as this basic information was not given. Overall not a very friendly hotel we got the impression they were not too keen on English people staying there. The hotel was clean and tidy and the room was adequate.

Royal Rip Off

This hotel is a Royal Rip Off. They quoted me one rate (which they charged me the first night) then increased it by almost double the next 5 nights. I refused to sign and they said, "too bad, we have already charged your *********** company". Then they double charged me for ammenities on both Master Card and AMEX. When I complained to Best Western Customer relations in the US, they were very non-supportive and combative. I wanted to use the safe deposit box in my room and had to leave a deposit for the key (no problem) but then they only gave me a refund on part of the "deposit". I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT US CITIZENS NOT STAY HERE. If you do, be prepared to pay each time you flush the toilet. The hotel bills itself as 4 Stars, but it is barely 3 (more like 2 and a half Stars).
