Elegant and beautiful

We hired a car at the Airport and followed the detailed instructions to the hotel but it was difficult to enter the small gateway - hint...drive past to the next traffic island and retrace your journey so you can enter more easily. However, once we had parked in the very small car park - you don't need to, just drive to the hotel door and a member of staff will take it to their large, concierge car park along the road and return it to you when requested - we realised we had come to a haven of charm, peace and elegance. Everything about the hotel spoke of care and beauty. The flower displays were astounding, the decor in this part of the hotel, the older part, was stunning and the staff so courteous without being patronising. Once we had registered, our bags were taken to our room and we were shown around, complete with map of the floors and the way to move between the older and newer parts, and made most welcome to ask any question we wanted.
