I was booked in to this hotel by a friend who lives in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and the bathroom of good standard. No lift, and the stairs nearly killed me ( I was on the top floor ). Intend booking there again this coming June 2008 |

| Great Family Atmosphere |

This is my second long-term stay in the Bast. Since my last stay in 2003, the Bast now has an efficient elevator and the rooms have been refurbished. The central location is perfect for visiting bars and restaurants. There is even a connecting door to the Sphinx restaurant, which serves an excellent variety of food and drinks. The service in Bast is second to none. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. All of the receptionists speak English so communication is not a problem. It really is a home from home. I would recommend it to anyone. |
