I have stayed in this hotel a few times, this last trip Sept 2010 I decided to stay over the road to save money.
Elk has a problem with a lack of Internet access, so I asked if I could use the internet (very slow on previous visits)
After failing to get access i went back to reception, was i asked was i staying there, no, however I said i had stayed before, and i was going to eat there! No I could not use the service.

Went back for a meal later, dance, no meals! Went back next day, not impressed with choice of meals. So ate elsewhere. Returning from Augustow one morning early went in for breakfast. Not a chance, nothing available at 0900!. So i did not stay.
I was quite happy to pay for computer use. However the hotel lost money by not letting me use a old computer!
