My children tried no less than 15 times to contact us through the hotel reception over a period of 6 days and got put through once only. When we asked, they said that it was another lady who did not know how to transfer the calls. When we told them, we were expecting a call one night she just shrugged and needless to say (speaking English and very bad Polish) my kids never got through. They were staying with their grandmother. Thank goodness it was not a matter of life or death. Also, I recommend taking a courtyard room as the ones in the front are right over a bus stop on a busy street. The rooms were very nicely cleaned in the days and the bathroom was very nicely renovated and clean, however, a funky smell came up through the sink.
