Ulvik is a beautiful village in Norway. It is clean and homely. The food is great, although no choice is offered (but you don't need a choice). Everything is clean. The service is great. The couple who run it and do all the work are just really friendly and helpful. I went with my family and my niece and we would definitely go again. Other dearer more 'upmarket' hotels are in the same village, but we would not even consider them.
