Very friendly, good breakfast, nice pool, Just could do with a bit of lick of paint in the odd place.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend break - at the start of December. Staff were friendly, service excellent. Room was a deluxe twin (on offer for the weekend) plus a foldup bed for my 16 yr. old daughter. There was plenty of space and the best pillow I've ever slept on. I will definately return!

lovely pizza place Can't remember what it is called but there is a lovely pizza resteraunt near the harbour (near kookeria) it is very friendly, not too expensive and food is delicious-the best we eat in Norway. Try the orio dessert it is lovely!!

Definately a lovely place for a break! We went to Sandefjord for 4 days, end of July/ beginning of August 2009. The weather took us by surprise as it was lovely, sunny and warm. We had intended to use Sandefjord as a pitstop destination and to go on to Oslo but as the town was so lovely we spent the whole of our break there. Ideal break to bring kids on (we have 4 - 11yrs, 10yrs, 4yrs, and 2yrs). Buses leave Torp airport c. every hour - by the time we got everyone sorted we missed it - we got a taxi - the trip is only about 15mins but it cost us about £45/£50 - so be warned! We had 2 interconnecting rooms and for the 3 nights we paid about £540 - not bad considering there are 6 of us. The rooms are comfortable, the mattress toppers are divine! We found the hotel staff to be helpful & friendly. We ate in the hotel the first night & it was lovely but DaVincis in town - about 200 yds away is great. Breakfast in the hotel is fabulous. Tour of Norway was on - family orientated activities on all time we were there. Kids loved it!
