Good location, very poor service

Its a lovely location, good rooms, especially if you have a fjord view balcony but ..... this hotel is aimed squarely at the tour groups that are just dropped off for one night at a time and then herded out in the mornings.

The level of service for anyone staying privtely for a few days like we were is pretty bad - slow, forgetful service at the restuarants, a loud party at the hotel cafe till 2am, dirty tables at breakfast and an inability to fix a fault with the room in 3 days.

Even after we spoke to the manager directly about the issues it was pretty clear that they didnt care and an apology was barely forthcoming.
