yes it close to the slopes - but at what price. We stayed in March 2007 and got ripped off. I know you will get better value at the Dr Holms hotel in Geilo rather than this overpriced rubbish. Hotel looks tired. Staff inexperineced. Food average.

Overpriced - Not good Value for Money

What a great shame - the Vestlia is so close to the slopes that they think they can charge a premium price. The Hotel is dark & dingy, the rooms smallish and they overcharge for it. The food is ok, but the buffet choice can be dull. The nightlife is poor & you need to go downtown for any action. The hotel is about 2-3 miles from the main centre.

Alas Vestlia resort fails ... sloppy service ...poor rooms ...bored staff - snooty receptionists - overpriced bar ....best advice avoid !
