Things to do Take a boat tour of the harbor; ride the Euromast - check to make sure the cafe is open before planning to eat there, play minature golf nearby, go to the Natural History museum.

Museums & sights Rotterdam is a good walking city - relatively small and flat. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to dodge traffic and trams - some intersections you need to be specially wary. Download a walking tour off the net - I found one for Rotterdam musuems on Fodors, which described a decent route round the major museums I wanted to see. Rotterdam has many cultural assets - be prepared to pay E8-9 per establishment. It's also easy to deviate from the selected path, and take detours round architecturally interesting sights, and find a couple of surprises too - I didn't realise til coming up close to it that the 'leaning' building at the other end of the Erasmus Bridge has a built-in light show made up of lit dancing squares of green light.

Windmills I enjoyed tow cruises while in Rotterdam.One is Spido which took me to harbour cruise and the other was Rebus which took me to see the windmills.Wheelchair travellers can join these two cruise without difficulties. I reccomend Rebus to people who plan to go to see the winmills.
