This has so much character and is a joy to stay in. Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. A very unique location and well worth a visit, if only to eat in the excellent cafe.

I have stayed in Rotterdam on a number of occasions and i would say this is an excellent hotel. It has great character, fantastic views, great food and is very reasonably priced. For a short break it is the best. Go see for yourself, you will be impressed.

watertaxi Especially if you're staying in Hotel New York try the watertaxi. Hotel New York has a stop just in front of the hotel. It's the quickest way to get across to the city centre and also the most fun way to do so. If you're staying a little bit longer you might decide to visit Kinderdijk. ( windmills) Take the waterbus, it brings you close, and gives you a nice sight of the water. You can take your bike for free.
