This hotel was the worst I’ve ever been to except Russian ones. I never even expected from family Dutch hotel such inhospitality and impudence. They canceled one of singles we reserved without any excuse and I had to stay with a friend in one single which later was charged as a double. When I asked about that, I was sent to one very faraway place by personnel. I had to ask for a soap, breakfasts were poor, sauna was open till 8 because they did not want to work longer (just for information - if you come to Ameland in summer, at 8 you are just back from a beach, had a dinner, and ready to had a sauna) I also remember only one! Smile from all the people during my stay. So, if someone wants to go to Ameland and spoil your vacation and impression of this gorgeous island - go to Hofker, they are the best :)
