Worst hotel I have stayed in!

Maastricht itself is great. But what a terrible hotel. Booked 1 month before arrival and requested non-smoking room, advised them that it will be late check in due to late arrival - but told on arrival not non smoking rooms available. The room was smelly, hot and very noisy due to busy road. They had a door open next to the fire exit - there was so much rubbish, mainly bath soaps, it was incredible. The foyer and lounge area had a very bad smell and I would not advise people to stay there.
