We choose this hotel because it was downtown Breda. But this is not the reason we are going back. We arrived after a long day of travel. The room was nice but very cold. The bathroom was very dirty; urine on and around the toilet, hairs in the bath and hairs and "just" dirt in the sink. We left the room to grab a bit to eat. Meanwhile the bathroom got cleaned. Returning to the room we noticed it was still very cold (40F). The heater did not work, so we called the reception. We told them the problem, but no one came. One hour later we called again, but no one came. At 11:00 pm we called, and finally someone came. "Here are some blanckets, we can not fix it tonight." This is not something you want to hear with a 5 month old baby. The next day they fixed it. Two days later it was broken again. We called the reception and they responded; "We can not do anything untill the manager is here. He weill be here in 3 hours." I got mad and finally after 20 calls the gave use an electric heater. Finally we checked out, they did not want to give use any money back. According to them all the problems where fixed. I do NOT recommed this hotel!!!! PS. My wife and I got the flu and my 5 month old baby got a fever.
