Top Local Tips for Amsterdam

Boom Chicago Boom Chicage is a camedt show every night in Amsterdam Ledisplein Theatre-around the corner from hotel Weber. Go to see it, it is excellent and so funny, i would reccommend going for the dinner to it costs 39.95 for dinner and show-we didnt but wish we had as we spent 20 each on a meal-tickets alone are 19.95-enjoy!! Also bring FLAT SHOES! i made the mistake of going ou in high heels and they kept geting stuck in the cobble stones! also watch ot for all the bicycles and trams-sometimes they dont stop for you :o)

Pasta e Basta - Great Dinning Experience Pasta e Basta is an unique restaurant. The food is great, prices are afordable, but the best part is the staff. They perform live songs through the tables during the night, great singers, not sure if they are waiters who sing, or singers that serve tables!

Chilly (even late May 2008) Bring a sweater with a wind breaker. We found that it was between 10-18 deg C during our stay. We like to travel light, and I had a jacket and sweater, but it gets very chilly in Amsterdam. Farther south in Stuttgart and Slovenia is was in the 30 deg C range. Much warmer than Amsterdam.
