A great place to stay

True love offers a great location, a charming house with nice and clean rooms and a very friendly service minded staff. We arrived very late Friday night but that wasnt a problem at all. He came and gave us the key and left his phone number in case we needed to contact him. Really service minded! I can really recommend it!!!

Charming, clean, central

We got a very reasonable 'last minute' price. This is propably the most lovely and charming place I have stayed. We received a box of chocolates on Valentines day. I can highly recommend it.!

Some unpleasant aspects

The Truelove hostel seemed fantastic when we got in. The location was good and it seemed clean and was equipped with a small bathroom, fridge and television. Despite the staff member having been a little unfriendly, we were pleased with the flat's appearance. However, we soon realised that the heating was turned off at night, and since the room had no curtains, this made for a chilly night indeed. The owner hadn't left us a number to contact him to complain about this. I'd suggest only choosing Truelove for a summer stay. If you stay at Truelove, make sure you get a phone number from him - he tried to fob us off with the address of the Antiques shop, but that closes at 5. If a pipe burst in the night, we would have had no one to call.
