terrible service and dirty rooms

We pay for two nights 180€ and get a dirty room with a damaged window you can´t close or open.The Bed was very dirty and there wasn´t a bedcover and no bedsheet. The bedroom was so small that you can`t turn around yourself and it was a dirty shower in there. Don´t check in this hell of a hotel. The people there are very unfriendly. From S.Bär

We found this hotel through the airport tourist info kisok. It is on a very quiet side street in the Museum area. Public transport (boat, tram and bus) are all available. Friendly helpful staff. Small comfortable rooms. Good, reasonable, and convenient place to stay.
