Great location
Wonderful location - 5 minutes walk from Central Station. Easy access to Ann Frank Museum, shops and canal cruise. Although bedrooms appear quite small the size of the bed is bigger than a standard 'king size' bed!!! Beautiful cotton sheets and duvet and luxurious bath robe and slippers. The staff all spoke very good English and were all very polite. We had forgotton our electric adaptor but a quick phone call to reception and within 5 minutes an adaptor was delivered to our room. We had breakfast in the hotel which was very good -plenty choice either hot or cold and as it is a buffet you can replenish your plate as many times as you like!! I particularly liked the reception area with lovely large sofas to sit on. Another nice touch in the rooms was a free copy of a guide to Amsterdam with map which proved very useful.
