STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

me and 9 mates stayd at the schroder hotel it was so dirty and untidy me and 4 mates ended up getting ring worms. the rooms were cold and smelly, and the toilets and showers were sooo dirty i felt sick going in ther.

Amsterdam - Rock City!

I was there with 4 friends in a 5-bed room. The room COULD be cleaner. The toilets and showers NEED to be cleaner. All in all it was okay. Friendly staff and you can smoke weed in the rooms. We used the room only at night to sleep, the room was good enough for this.

When arriving in 'the dam' we first found a cafe then looked for a cheap hotel so all our money could go on the nessesary ha! The room could have been a little cleaner, but customer serivce was great, they were a VERY friendly bunch of people.. i found it ideal as it was just what i wanted.. a comfortable bed after a day visiting cafes... and i got just that.

Cheap but very poor comfort

Bad was : 10 double rooms, no shower, no toilet on the rooms, dirty condition of the room, no roomservice, no breakfast room Good was: low room rate (50 euro per double room, breakfast inclusive, but breakfast only on the room possible), the personnel is friendly and very polite, only about 200 metres to the centre of Amsterdam.
