Very poor service

On the plus side, the location of this hotel was very good. On the negative side though we had a dreadful time with room service when we ordered a breakfast and the order was not taken correctly. We ended up having to deal with a very rude man from room service and reception were totally unconcerned. I would not stay there again.

A great dissapointment of five star service the hotel only deserves a four star service. Non working heating, no hot water, five star hotel?? NH needs to go along way before charging people without delivering the service.

I stayed here as a judge for the Cannabis cup and it was the nicest hotel in the world the staff is wonderful and be sure to check out the coffee shops :)

Beautifully furnished, staff & service were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, standard of food and beverage was commendable, able to suit any palate. A wonderful introduction to Dutch culture and hospitality.

Lovely hotel, great room loads of bathroom equipment. Expensive for a breakfast and a funny smell on the corridor.

This hotel is extremely grand, and situated in the heart of Amsterdam. The reception staff are well organised but queing at anytime of the day for checking in/out is far to long. Breakfast is a buffet affair with a wide selection of food to choose from. Coffee and Tea are sparce and take a while to appear, but all in all very good variety. The hotel is overpriced though against the room quality, as I have stayed in many hotels of better quality, but at a lesser price. Bar prices were atronimical. All in all, very comfortable but too pricey!

Our experience at the hotel was absolutely great. The check in was a breeze and the room was way more then we thought we'd get. Hardwood floors, california built in closets, modern furniture and a balcony overlooking the city. If we are ever going back to Amsterdam, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

As a frequent flyer to the netherlands i often call the krasnapolsky and ask for a good room.. I have yet to have a bad stay with them. Even after a small hotel glitch, the management were fantastic job in sorting it out. for location ita number one no doubt about it.value is excellent as well... one of favourite hotels.

Location: the best. The rooms was beautiful (at least ours) The breakfast: great (in every meaning of the word). The staff was wery nice and helpfull. WE WILL BE BACK!
