The location of the Hotel was literally just off Dam Square by a few hundred metres and room prices were very reasonable - given the location. The room facilities were basic but very clean and tidy. For breakfast we used the cafe premises next door. The only down side was that we were staying on the second floor and there was no lift. All things considered, we didn't spend too much time in our room because there is too much to see in Amsterdam to stay in any Hotel. Given the cost, the location was great."
